The Journal of Advanced Public International Law (JAPIL) is a quarterly, peer reviewed open access academic journal. JAPIL seeks to publish original research that advances knowledge on all related fields of Public International Law. The journal is multi-disciplinary in scope and welcomes full length articles, briefs, book review, essay, conference reports and research notes that draw from, or can inform developments across Public International law disciplines. JAPIL also provides interaction between policies and practices of local and international law and therefore encouraging debates and opinion sharing among academics and relevant audiences. The main criterion for acceptance of any article, though, is the quality of such submission and the clear potential to contribute distinctively to knowledge, intellectual discuss and the advancement of international law jurisprudence.
